  • Qantas flights QF1-399 operate from the International Terminal.
  • Qantas codeshare flights may operate from either Haneda or Narita airports. Check the airport your flight operates from before you travel.

Departure Information


Check-in is open from 7pm until 1 hour prior to each flight departure.

Qantas Check-in is located in Zone C.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

Transfer between terminals

A free shuttle bus operates between the International Terminal and the Domestic Terminals every 6 mins.

Transfer between Haneda and Narita Airports

Car The airport is approximately a 45 minute drive from the city.

Buses Haneda Airport is connected to various locations in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama and elsewhere in the Kanto region by airport buses. Visit Haneda International Airport website for bus information.
Trains and Monorail The Haneda Airport International Passenger Terminal connects directly to the underground Haneda Airport International Terminal Station on the Keikyu Line, and to the 3rd-floor Haneda Airport International Terminal Station of the Tokyo Monorail Line.
