There are three four terminals at Singapore Changi Airport
- Qantas flights QF1-QF399 operate from Terminal 1.
Limited ticketing facilities are available.
Open from 1500 to 2300.

Check-in is located on the departures level, Terminal 1.
Check-in commences at 1545 and remains open until 45 mins prior to each flight departure.
Check-in for First, Business, and oneworld Emerald passengers until 24 March 2018 is available at Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) Premier Check-in Lounge located at row 5.
Check-in for First, Business, and oneworld Emerald passengers from 25 March 2018 is available at Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) Premier Check-in Lounge located at the end of row 4.
Check-in for Economy and for Qantas Club passengers is at row 8.
Customers who arrive early can use the Early Check-In Lounge between 1000 and 1545, located next to SATS Premium Lounge (behind T1 row 5).
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes two hours before international flight departures.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Transfer between terminals
To get to Terminals 2 & 3 from Terminal 1:
The complimentary Sky-Train operates between Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, the Skytrain station is near Gate D40 in the transit area, or near check-in row 14 at the Departure Hall in the public area.
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3, the Skytrain station is near Gate C1, or near check-in row 1 at the Departure Hall in the public area.
To get the Terminal 4:
Make your way to Terminal 2. There is a complimentary shuttle bus service operates between Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 (on both public and transit areas).
At the public area, the shuttle bus pick-up point at Terminal 2 is located at Arrival Hall Door 1. The drop-off point at Terminal 4 is at the departure hall between Door 3 and 4.
In the transit area, passengers may proceed to Gate F52 for a shuttle bus to Terminal 4.
From Terminals 1 & 3, passengers will need to first make a connection to Terminal 2 via the Skytrain, followed by taking the shuttle bus to Terminal 4.

|Taxis||Approximately S$18.00 to S$38.00 (excluding surcharges) one way to the city and takes about 30 minutes. A midnight surcharge of 50% of the metered fare is charged on top of fares between midnight and 6am. An airport surcharge of S$3 is charged on top of fares. On Fridays to Sundays between 5pm and midnight this increases to S$5.|
|Buses||The Airport Shuttle operates a city/hotel transfer service regularly from 6am to 2am. The Airport Shuttle Service Counter is located in the Arrivals hall. |

|Train||MRT Trains operate to the city centre from Terminal 3. |
Services operate from 6am to midnight and depart regularly.
Fares start at S$2.70 one way.
The Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT) train service operates to the city centre and various destinations in Singapore. Services operate from 5.30am to 11.15pm. Proceed to Terminal 2 for the Changi Airport MRT station and change to a citybound train at Tanah Merah Station. Fares start at S$3.
