Located in Aisle 12 of the check-in area in the Main Hall, International Terminal.

Limited e-ticketing facilities are available for same day travel only.

Check-in is open from 6.45pm to 9.45pm and is located in Aisle 12 from the following counters:

Economy - 163 to 165
Premium Economy - 166
Business - 167 to 168

Passengers must check-in at least 3 hours before departure.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, check-in with the operating carrier.

Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

Arrival Information

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals Hall.

Transfer between Terminals

You can walk between terminals by following the directional signs.

Alternatively, the AirTrain offers free travel between terminals, Rental Car Centre and Bart.

Note: From 14 May through to mid-August 2018, AirTrain is scheduled to have a system upgrades outage. Monday to Friday, all passengers will be directed to board buses that will be shuttling between the Rental Car Centre and the Airport. On Saturdays and Sundays, the AirTrain will operate with minor adjustments. Car The airport is approximately a 30 minute drive from the city.

Buses Airporters are privately operated scheduled bus services that operate between the airport and the Bay Area.

SamTrans Public Bus Service operates regular services between the airport and the city, San Mateo County and Palo Alto.

Train Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) operates regular services to the city centre, northern San Mateo County, and the East Bay. The airport station is located on the Departures level (level 3) of the International terminal, and is accessible from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 via the AirTrain. Other rail services connect to this line including the CalTrain shuttle service for travel between San Francisco and San Jose.
