Check-in
As a Qantas Club member, access a range of domestic check-in options regardless of your class of travel. Check-in your way using the Qantas App or online.
Extra checked baggage allowance
Take advantage of extra checked baggage allowances on most Qantas flights when travelling in Economy or Premium Economy.
On Departure upgrade requests for Qantas Australian Domestic flights
You may use your Qantas Points to upgrade one class on domestic flights within Australia (where a seat is available) from Economy to Business (excluding Qantas and Partner Classic Flight Rewards).
Priority waitlist and airport standby
You’ll be given priority on fully booked Qantas flights when travelling on a paid ticket and where waitlisting is possible. Please note that waitlisting is not available on most discounted Economy airfares.
In the lounge
As a Qantas Club member, you'll be welcome in Qantas Club, Qantas International Business Lounges, partner airline and associated airline lounges worldwide. So, whether you're travelling for business or leisure, you can look forward to a more comfortable pre-flight experience.
Use the Qantas App to view your Qantas Club membership
Download the Qantas App to view your Qantas Frequent Flyer or Qantas Club membership card to access eligible Qantas lounges and check your membership expiry. The Qantas Frequent Flyer digital card is available on the Qantas App by selecting ‘My QFF’ and then the card icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
The Qantas Club
Most Qantas Club lounges feature complimentary refreshments, business facilities, Wi-Fi throughout and shower facilities. Qantas Club members and Partner members are welcome at The Qantas Club when your next onward flight that day is on a Qantas or Jetstar Airlines flight number. When flying domestically you may invite one guest.
International Business Lounges
Most International Business Lounges feature complimentary bar service, fresh snacks and beverage selection, news and entertainment. When visiting an International Business Lounge you may bring one guest who must be travelling with you on the same flight.
Qantas Regional Lounges
Available in Broome, Coffs Harbour, Devonport, Emerald, Gladstone, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Launceston, Mackay, Port Hedland, Rockhampton and Tamworth. Qantas Regional Lounges feature light refreshments, complimentary Wi-Fi and comfortable seating.
When visiting a Qantas Regional Lounge you may bring one guest. Qantas Club members and Partner members are welcome at The Qantas Club when your next onward flight that day is on a Qantas or Jetstar Airlines flight number.
Partner lounges
When travelling with American Airlines, as a Qantas Club member you and a guest are welcome at American Airlines Admirals Club lounges. Simply present your Qantas Club card together with your boarding pass at the lounge reception. Both you and your guest need to be travelling together further that day on a flight marketed and operated by the partner airline whose lounge you wish to visit.
Qantas Club Members will be welcomed at the Emirates Business Lounge in Dubai when their next onwards flight that day is on a flight with a Qantas (QF) flight number. Both you and your guest need to be travelling together further that day.
When travelling from London Heathrow on an Economy Class ticket, Qantas Club Members can access the Qantas London Lounge provided they are travelling on a Qantas operated aircraft on a flight with a Qantas (QF) flight number. When departing London Heathrow on a Business or First Class ticket on either a Qantas (QF) or Emirates (EK) flight number on either a Qantas or Emirates operated aircraft, Qantas Club members can choose to access the Qantas London Lounge or the Emirates Lounge.
Qantas Club members and a guest can enjoy access to Alaska Airline's Club lounges in Los Angeles, Seattle, Anchorage and Portland when travelling on an Alaska flight, connecting to, or from, a Qantas international operated flight. Present your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership or Qantas Club card to gain access.
Associated lounges
You will be welcome in any associated lounges at international ports to which Qantas flies, but where it does not operate its own lounge or partner airline lounge. Our Associated lounges are operated by, or on behalf of, other airlines.
Present your Qantas Club card with your boarding pass at the lounge reception. You may also invite one guest who must be travelling with you on the same flight.
Invite a guest
You’re welcome to invite a guest to join you in one of our domestic Qantas Club or Business Lounge locations, if you're flying domestically on Qantas, QantasLink or Jetstar within Australia. On Jetstar within New Zealand you may bring one guest to join you in a Qantas Club lounge.
When visiting an international Qantas Club lounge, you can invite one guest each time you visit. Both you and your guest need to be travelling together further that day on the same flight.
Customers who use Lounge Access Passes or Complimentary Lounge Invitations without Qantas Club membership are not entitled to bring additional guests or children.
Earn Qantas Points
Earn 3 Qantas Points per $1 spent on new Qantas Club memberships or renewals paid with cash or credit card.

Personal preferences
By completing your Qantas Frequent Flyer Profile when you join The Qantas Club, you will help us provide you with our most personalised service. Every time you travel with Qantas we will know your seating preferences, special requirements and any other travel preferences you may have. When you quote your membership number, our reservations staff will be able to access your record and accommodate your travel requirements wherever possible, on Qantas operated and marketed flights. You can update or amend Your Profile at any time.
Priority phone service
