Getting into Turin from Turin Airport

Taxis are a convenient way to reach downtown Turin, and the and the travel time is approximately 30 minutes. The bus service runs every day connecting the airport with the city centre, taking approximately 45 minutes. Its best to buy your ticket before boarding the bus. The best way to get around Turin to see the major attractions is to take public transport. The city has an extensive network of buses, trams, a metro system and cable car run by Gruppo Torinese Trasporti. Turin has a popular bike-sharing scheme and passes for use of the bright-yellow biciclette can be bought at the Piazza Castello tourist office. Major car-rental agencies have offices at Stazione Porta Nuova and the airport or you can take the train that runs from Fermi to Lingotto. A comfortable way to travel is to book a taxi or Uber Black.
