Just make sure you update your mobile number in manage booking or Frequent Flyer profile before flying. This service is currently only available for flights within Australia.
Self-serve kiosks are available for flights within Australia where your boarding pass and bag tags can be printed. Staff are on hand to offer help if needed.
Overseas customers can head to our regular check-in counters (or kiosks in select Australian airports).
Check-in times vary by departure airport, so you'll need to check the airport guide for your departure city before you leave for the airport. You'll also need to allow extra check-in time if you require mobility assistance.
