Hannover has an Oceanic climate, with warm summers (June to August) and an average temperature from 20°C to 30°C. Winters are cool with an average of temperature of -2°C, making it the perfect time to visits the museums, including the Sprengel Museum and the Old Town Hall. Getting into Hanover from Hanover Airport

Hannover Flughafen railway station is located below Terminal C and has frequent services of Hanover S-Bahn line S5 to Hanover city centre. The journey time is approximately 18 minutes and the service runs every 30 minutes. By bus, the 407 route you can transfer from the airport to the city in around 20 minutes. Taxi stands can be found straight in front of the terminal exits on the arrivals level. The journey to downtown Hanover takes about 25 minutes depending on traffic, or you can book an Uber through the app. It's possible to rent a car and a free shuttle bus will take you from the terminal to the parking area, or you can organise a transfer with your hotel.
