Visiting from Singapore to Salzburg

Salzburg

Salzburg is best known as the birthplace of Mozart and the home of The Sound of Music, but music isn't the only thing that makes this city come alive. The historic centre is renowned for its Baroque architecture and is one of the best-preserved city centres north of the Alps. The city's appeal is it's old-world charm and scenic Alpine mountains filled with glorious ski resorts. The city has a lively arts scene, wonderful food, manicured parks, quiet side streets where classical music can be heard from open windows and concert halls. It's a magical town and be sure to visit the striking Salzburg Cathedral and Festung Hohensalzburg fortress.
