Visiting from Singapore to Madrid
When to visit
For fewer crowds and great weather, the best time to visit Madrid is in the spring (March to May) or autumn (September to November). Temperatures are pleasant averaging around 16°C to 22°C. During spring the festival season begins with Holy Week and during autumn the weather makes for the perfect time to enjoy the city's rooftop bars and outdoor terraces. Summer (July and August) is particularly hot and the city is quiet as many locals head to nearby beaches. Some of the restaurants close and museums have reduced hours, though it’s a busy time for tourists. Temperatures in summer range from 25°C to 30°C.
