Stopovers

2 stopovers are permitted in each direction in Dubai, Singapore or Bangkok.
Additional stopovers are permitted in each direction at £75 per stopover in Singapore or Bangkok.
Effective 25 March 2018, when travel is to Melbourne, one stopover is permitted in Perth in each direction when flying on flights QF10 and QF9.
Additional charges and taxes will apply.

Booking Changes

Changes can be made by calling your local office.
Before and after departure:
Except where no show fee applies:
- Changes permitted at £300 per person per change to ticket on the international fare, subject to local service fee.
- Additional charges and taxes may apply, plus any fare difference.
Changes made prior to the original date of departure: If you make a change to your travel date you may be eligible for a fee-free change under the Qantas Fly Flexible Policy. Visit Fly Flexible for more information.

Name Changes

Not permitted

No Show

A no show fee of £600 per person per ticket applies if a flight is changed after a no show.
A no show fee of £1,000 per person per ticket if a flight is cancelled after a no show.
Additional local service fees and taxes may apply, plus any fare difference.

Cancellation (including no show)

Except where no show fee applies:

Before and after departure:
- Cancellation fee of £500 applies.
This fare may be used towards the payment of any higher fare from the point of origin, provided the new fare conditions are met.

Children / Infants

Discounts apply for infants (under 2 years) and children (2 to 11 years). Discounts are based on the fare type and the fare amount (excluding surcharges, fees and taxes) paid by the adult travelling and, for infants, whether they occupy a seat. Surcharges, fees and taxes that apply are then added. The exact total will be quoted once you have selected your flights.
Infants must be accompanied, with a maximum of one infant per adult travelling.

Qantas Frequent Flyer

Qantas Points and Status credits may be earned on this fare and will be calculated on each Segment. For more information check the Airline Earning Table.
You may request a Flight Upgrade Award on this fare. However, a Flight Upgrade Award can only be redeemed on flights that are operated by Qantas with a QF flight number.
For the purposes of redeeming Qantas Points for a Flight Upgrade Award, this fare is classed as Business.
