International network changes
All international flights, except for certain flights such as those between Australia and New Zealand, are currently suspended, due to government restrictions.
We have resumed a limited schedule between New Zealand and Australia. We'll continue to monitor demand in line with government restrictions, and the schedule is subject to change.

Due to high demand, we're experiencing some delays in call wait times and the processing of flight credits, refunds and other options.

Because the situation is constantly evolving and may change rapidly, if we decide to cancel your flight, we’ll contact you as soon as possible in relation to your options, including a refund. You don’t need to do anything and you won’t be charged any cancellation fees.
Due to the reduction in travel demand and government restrictions we have temporarily changed some of our services. This includes a significantly reduced food and beverage and inflight entertainment offering, as well as the closure of all lounges, meeting rooms and valet parking.
As the national carrier, we're proud to operate additional services to bring more people home during this time.
