Qantas and KLM are two of the oldest airlines in the world. The partnership provides Qantas with additional connections between Australia and Amsterdam. The agreement between the national carriers provides customers with opportunities to experience the hospitality of Australia and the Netherlands from the moment they begin their trip.

Network

Qantas and KLM Airlines allows customers to fly to/from Amsterdam via Singapore on Qantas codeshare flights operated by KLM.

Qantas provides multiple options to connect to KLM’s services to Amsterdam with 42 services per week (6 flights per day) between Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth) and Singapore.

From Amsterdam, customers can connect throughout the Netherlands and Europe on KLM’s extensive network.

Qantas Frequent Flyers

Qantas Frequent Flyers can maximise earn Qantas Points and Status Credit earns by booking the codeshare flight (‘QF’ airline code) where possible. You can also earn Qantas Points on eligible fares and flights with a KLM flight number.

You can use your Qantas Points on KLM for Classic Flight Rewards and Points Plus Pay - Flights.

Missed connections:

If you missed a connection due to the late arrival of your aircraft, the delivering carrier is responsible for ensuring you make your final destination.

Lost baggage:

If your baggage doesn't arrive on the same flight as you. Please contact the Arrival Service desk of the delivering carrier in the arrivals hall. A delayed baggage report will be created.
