  • With extensive road work continuing on George Bolt Memorial Drive as part of the Northern Network transport project, and with the increased passenger numbers during the peak period, we encourage you to plan your journey so that you arrive early at the airport.
  • Qantas customers have access to 20 dedicated kiosks that are available for you to check-in. You can check-in via the kiosks 3 hours prior to departure. We will also have friendly Qantas representatives on hand at the kiosks to assist and answer any questions that you may have.
  • If you are connecting between the International & Domestic Terminals, please allow extra time as it is a 10-15 min walk between terminals. Alternatively, Auckland Airport operates a frequent free transfer bus between the terminals.
