For nearly a century Finnair has been known as Finland’s flagship carrier and is a member of oneworld and partner of Qantas. Finnair operates flights to over 120 destinations in 45 countries. Its Helsinki hub is ideally situated as a gateway between East and West.
Network
Qantas and Finnair allow you to fly to and from Helsinki via Singapore or London (Heathrow) on Qantas codeshare flights operated by Finnair.
Fly with Qantas and you can connect with Finnair to Helsinki. With 42 services per week (6 flights per day) between Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth) and Singapore; and 14 services per week between Australia and London (Heathrow), exploring Finland has never been easier.
If Helsinki is just part of the journey and not the destination, you can connect to more than 120 destinations from Finnair’s Helsinki hub.

Qantas Frequent Flyers
Qantas Frequent Flyers can maximise Qantas Points and Status Credits earn by booking the codeshare flight (‘QF’ airline code) where possible. You can also earn Qantas Points and Status Credits on eligible fares and flights with the AY airline code.

Sometimes everything doesn't go to plan. Qantas recognises the impact delays and missed connections can have on your plans and on your life. In the event this happens to you, below is some key information.
Missed connections:
If you missed a connection due to the late arrival of your aircraft, the delivering carrier is responsible for ensuring you make your final destination.
Lost baggage:
If your baggage doesn't arrive on the same flight as you. Please contact the Arrival Service desk of the delivering carrier in the arrivals hall. A delayed baggage report will be created.
