Qantas Club members who held a paid Qantas Club membership* from 30 June 2021 have now received their complimentary seven-month extension. There’s no need to do anything, your new membership expiry date should now be updated in your account. Once your membership has been extended, your updated membership year end date can be viewed at qantas.com in My Account or the Qantas App. For more information, refer to Qantas Club Membership and Lounge Invitations Extensions.
We know that access to our lounges is an important part of your journey, and we’ve re-opened some of our Australian domestic and international Qantas operated lounges. However, due to the recent state and territory specific restrictions implemented, there are some temporary measures in place which include lounge capacity restrictions, physical distancing requirements and changes to our food and beverage offerings.

To enter a Qantas lounge in NSW you will be required to present proof of vaccination (or an exemption) to enter. Children under 16 years of age do not need to show vaccination evidence when accompanied by a fully vaccinated member of their household, but are required to carry evidence of their name and address. Other requirements apply for domestic and international travel.
As restrictions begin to ease, we will look to increase lounge capacity and enhanced service offerings, providing you with the Qantas lounge experience you have always enjoyed. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this time.

The Qantas Frequent Flyer digital card is available on the Qantas App by selecting ‘My QFF’ and then the card icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Qantas Club members may access a Qantas Club, Qantas domestic regional lounge and Qantas International Business Lounge when their next flight on the same day is with a Qantas (QF) or Jetstar (JQ, 3K, BL or GK) flight number on their ticket. Partner and Associated lounge access is subject to various conditions of entry. Qantas Club members will also be welcomed at the Emirates Business Lounge in Dubai when their next onward flight that day is a flight with a Qantas (QF) flight number. To be eligible for the extension, you must have been a Qantas Club member between 30 June and 25 August 2021 with a membership paid for using a credit or debit card, or by redeeming Qantas Points. If you have an associated Annual Guest Card as part of your Qantas Club membership, this will also be extended for 7 months from the date of card expiry.
