Effective 1 July 2019, the ownership and management of valet operations will formally transfer from Qantas Airways Limited to Melbourne Airport (“APAM”).  

The service will still be called Qantas Valet and the current valet location and core valet parking services will remain the same.  However, APAM will now manage customer relations, enquiries and feedback on behalf of Qantas Valet.

Things to know

Qantas Valet parking is located within the Qantas domestic terminal on the arrivals level (ground floor), next to the luggage claim area and is open from 5am to 1am. Call Melbourne (03) 8336 4284 for more information.

Apart from the ease and convenience of Qantas Valet parking, you can also take advantage of these additional services:

  • earn 1 Qantas Points per A$1 spent. 
  • dedicated check-in counter and bag drop are currently closed. Further details to be advised as soon as possible.
  • direct terminal access
  • car cleaning at competitive rates

And there's no need to book.

How to access Qantas Valet parking

  1. From the Citilink Road, continue onto Tullamarine Freeway.
  2. Continue straight onto Airport Drive.
  3. Turn right onto Centre Road.
  4. After the 2nd set of traffic lights turn left into East Street.
  5. Drive around until entering Qantas Valet parking.
