Our meeting rooms at the airport are a convenient alternative to hotel or city locations. We have a range of business facilities, services and catering options at competitive rates.

Opening hours and location

Open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm AEST. Weekends and public holidays are also available on request.

Located at the Qantas domestic T3, on level 1 satellite, opposite the Qantas Heritage Collection. 

Lift and stair access is located next to the Service Desk at Gate 13.

Facilities and services

Meeting rooms are accompanied by one common break-out area including Mac computers with broadband internet access, copying and printing facilities.

A minimum of 4 hours, morning or afternoon will be charged for room sizes greater than 11 people.

Meeting room rates are based on the number of people attending and the period required. All rates are in Australian dollars.

Qantas Club Members, Platinum or Gold Frequent Flyers, Business travellers, and customers paying with an American Express Qantas Corporate Card Members receive a 20% discount off the standard rates.


Multiple catering options are available including light snacks and refreshments, lunches and all-inclusive gourmet packages. Our hosts can provide guidance when selecting from the seasonal menu and package options (PDF), to ensure the catering and service suits your event. 

Orders must be submitted by 12 noon one business day before your booking.

Disclaimer: + All rates include GST. Cancellation fees may apply. Cancellations must be made in writing or via e-mail to Qantas Meeting Room, otherwise full charges may apply. Cancellation notice excludes weekends and public/bank holidays.  For cancellations made between 7 business days and 72 hours prior to your booking, a fee of 25% of the room rate applies. For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to your booking, a fee of 50% of the room rate and catering cost applies, and for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your booking, the full room rate and catering costs must be paid. Weekend and public holiday rates available upon request.
