Meeting room rates are based on the number of people attending and the period required. All rates are in Australian dollars.

Chairman’s Lounge, Platinum One, Platinum and Gold Qantas Frequent Flyers, Qantas Club members receive a 20% discount off the standard rates.


Multiple catering options are available including light snacks and refreshments, lunches and all-inclusive gourmet packages. Our hosts can provide guidance when selecting from the seasonal menu and package options (PDF), to ensure the catering and service suits your event. 

Orders must be submitted by 12:00pm, one business day before your booking.

Cancellation notice excludes weekends and public/bank holidays.  For cancellations made between 10 business days and 24 hours prior to your booking, the cost of the room for two the first hours will be charged. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your booking, the full cost of the booking and catering costs must be paid. Weekend and public holiday rates available upon request excluding Sydney.
