December to February is the best time to visit Cebu City, as its summer and the dry season. It’s the ideal time for hot weather activities, swimming, diving and sightseeing with less rainfall. It is considered to be the gateway to paradise as it's located nearby to some of the most beautiful pristine beaches like Bantayan, Camotes, Mactan and Malapascua.
