We specialise in domestic freight services and sending unaccompanied baggage from New Zealand.
Whether you’re sending a small parcel or an oversize shipment, we have a delivery process to suit your needs. Use our airport to airport service, or have your items delivered straight to your door with our door to door services.
If you need your goods transported urgently, we can send your cargo on a same day or overnight air freight service. Alternatively, our trucking services are an economical option.
We offer an economic and efficient way to send your personal items to the destination you’re travelling to.
Eligible goods, such as clothing, books, musical instruments and sporting equipment, will be sent on a space available basis from airport to airport for you to collect.
Things to keep in mind:
- Commercial items, dangerous goods, electrical appliances and food items can’t be sent using our unaccompanied baggage service.
- Each bag must not weigh more than 32kgs – but there’s no limit on total weight.
- All packaging of bags and boxes must be complete before you lodge your baggage.
- All bags and boxes need to be labelled with full contact details.
At drop off
You’ll need to present your passport and proof of intended travel (a boarding pass, airline issued itinerary or e-ticket is sufficient). We’ll weigh and measure your baggage to determine the cost of shipment (excluding terminal fees). Our team will also require a list of the items packed for sending.
We offer an economic and efficient way to send your personal items to the destination you’re travelling to.Once your baggage is accepted, we’ll provide an air waybill number which can be used to track your freight.
At pick up
Our Qantas ground handling agent will have your goods ready for collection. Depending on the port you’re collecting from, certain charges may apply, such as customs, storage, quarantine, and terminal fees. This will be determined once baggage has arrived.
