An update to our Qantas Lounge access policy
From 15 June 2023, we’ll be simplifying our lounge access policy. Guests will be eligible to use lounges when travelling on Qantas-operated and eligible partner flights that depart on the same day.

Partner lounges are operated by, or on behalf of, other airlines at selected ports to which Qantas operates. Associated lounges may only be open to Qantas members two hours before Qantas departures. The use of complimentary invitations is not permitted in Associated lounges.

Find lounge access eligibility for you and your guest when travelling on a Qantas, Emirates or Jetstar flight; based on the travel class booked on your ticket (not your membership type).

If you have received a complimentary lounge invitation, ensure you've linked your pass to your flight at least 24 hours before departure for smooth access to the lounge. To link your pass, log in to the Complimentary Invitations Portal, click the Lounge Invitation link, and then follow the prompts.
Once the pass has been linked to your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email. To access the lounge, present the email along with your boarding pass at the lounge entrance. You can access the lounge once check-in for your flight opens until when your flight starts boarding.
