Disclaimer: Domestic On Departure Upgrade Rewards may be requested by members who have access to Qantas Club lounges. On Departure Upgrade Rewards can be requested within the Qantas App for a one-cabin class upgrade from Economy Classic Flight Reward, Discount Economy, Economy or Flexible Economy to Business class on Qantas Australian domestic services (QF400 and above). The provision of On Departure Upgrade Rewards is subject to availability in the applicable booking class and airport operational requirements. Catering and Dietary Required Meals may not be available in the upgraded class. Qantas may occasionally have to restrict this facility without prior notice on some routes or under special circumstances (for example where there is an unexpected disruption to services resulting in heavy demands on Qantas Club personnel). Once confirmed and processed, any Qantas Points redeemed for an On Departure Upgrade Reward will not be re-credited or refunded, except where the points are incorrectly redeemed as a result of an error by Qantas.
