The Qantas Club

Qantas Club lounge

An update from the Qantas Club team

We know that access to our lounges is an important part of your journey, and we’ve re-opened some of our Australian domestic and international Qantas operated lounges. However, due to the recent state and territory specific restrictions implemented, there are some temporary measures in place which include lounge capacity restrictions, physical distancing requirements and changes to our food and beverage offerings.

This information is correct as at 21 January 2022 and subject to change without notice due to operational requirements or government restrictions.

Our reopened Australian domestic and international lounge network includes:

  • Qantas Business lounges: Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth
  • Qantas Club lounges: Adelaide, Alice Springs, Brisbane, Broome, Cairns, Coffs Harbour, Darwin, Devonport, Emerald, Gladstone, Gold Coast, Hobart, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Launceston, Mackay, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Tamworth and Townsville
  • Chairmans Lounges: Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth. In Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney Chairmans Lounges open one hour before each Qantas operated service and close on the last Qantas flight departure.
  • International lounges: Darwin International Transit Lounge, Melbourne International First Lounge, Qantas Sydney International First Lounge, Singapore International Business Lounge, The Qantas International London Lounge and Los Angeles International Business Lounge.

The following lounges remain closed until further notice:

  • Qantas Club lounges: Canberra, Port Hedland and Rockhampton.
  • International lounges: All international lounges except for the lounges listed above, including all international lounges operated by partner airlines for Qantas passengers.

As restrictions begin to ease, we will look to increase lounge capacity and enhanced service offerings, providing you with the Qantas lounge experience you have always enjoyed. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this time.
