Designed by Australian designer David Caon in collaboration with Kelvin Ho, the lounge was concepted specifically with our customers in mind.

At the heart of the design, wellness is a big influence in our First lounge, making it easier to refresh, relax, dine or work.  Enjoy our Neil Perry curated dining experience, inspired by Singaporean culture or sit at our bar which features premium Australia wines, bottled beers and cocktails. If you simply want to relax, enjoy our dedicated zones or refresh in one of our many luxury shower suites.

Location Hours
Airside, Terminal 1, turn right after Immigration Lounge operating hours are four hours before each Qantas operated service until the last Qantas departure.

Neil Perry dining experience

Our customers have told us they want more space to dine when in our Lounges, so we’ve made the dining space the feature of the lounge. Neil Perry curates the dining experience embracing Singaporean culture and showcasing local ingredients. The a la carte menu also showcases well known Qantas First signature dishes and feature bar offers premium Australian wines, bottled beers and cocktails designed by the Qantas Neil Perry Consulting mixologists with regional flavours. Not to mention all day barista coffee.

Design features

The layout of the lounge has been designed to offer customers dedicated areas based on how they spend their time before a flight, making it easier to refresh and relax, dine, or work while they transit or start their journey. The interiors achieve a synergy with other Qantas First Lounges in the network, using key materials like marble and oak from the Sydney flagship lounge, combined with finishes reflecting the lively culture of Singapore.  Key classic furniture is combined with both modern and bespoke designed pieces in a quest to design a unique environment for our customers.

Wellness in mind

Extensive natural greenery is spread throughout the lounge to soften the space and bolster the atmosphere. The use of natural materials and colour palettes throughout the lounge is designed to relax and refresh customers; ensuring state of mind is equally considered in the lounge experience. A unique ‘skylight’ in the bathrooms and lounge area will replicate natural daylight to bring in the sensation of natural outdoor lighting and help adjust the body clock as customers transition through multiple time zones.

Premium Sofitel service

The Singapore First Lounge has been curated to provide a personalised service experience for each of our customers to enjoy. Continuing our partnership with Sofitel, to deliver a premium service experience that is consistent with our other First lounge experiences. Dedicated First Hosts will be on hand, to anticipate customer's travel needs and ensure a personalised and seamless end to end premium ground experience.
