Our preferred method for receiving complaints is through the Qantas Customer Feedback form.
However, customers in the European Union can also contact us by email on eudisputeresolution@qantas.com.au. Please allow up to 28 days to receive a reply if using this option.
The European Commission has also established an Online Dispute Resolution platformOpens external site.
UK customers should note that Qantas is not currently subscribed to an approved ADR scheme in the UK (and is not required to be), and therefore neither the ODR platform nor any approved ADR providers will be able to process or accept your complaint.
