International network changes
All scheduled international flights, including flights between Australia and New Zealand, are suspended until at least the end of October 2020, due to government restrictions.

Due to high demand, we're experiencing some delays in call wait times and the processing of flight credits, refunds and other options.
If your flights were booked through a travel agency or third-party website, contact these companies directly for assistance.

We'll be contacting customers impacted by these changes directly. Due to high demand, calls will be prioritised by travel date and due to the volume of changes, we ask for you to wait to be contacted unless your travel is imminent.
Because the situation is constantly evolving and may change rapidly, we haven't made a decision to cancel international flights after October 2020. If we decide to cancel your flight, we’ll contact you as soon as possible in relation to your options, including a refund. You don’t need to do anything and you won’t be charged any cancellation fees.
Due to the reduction in travel demand and government restrictions we have temporarily changed some of our services. This includes a significantly reduced food and beverage and inflight entertainment offering, as well as the closure of all lounges, meeting rooms and valet parking.
As the national carrier, we're proud to have operated additional services on behalf of the Australian Federal Government to bring more people home during this time.
