Temporary lounge, meeting room and valet parking closures

The escalation of the Coronavirus is having an impact on many businesses and communities around the globe and we have seen a dramatic decline in demand for travel.

Due to further government restrictions, all Qantas operated lounges across our network are closed until further notice. 

In addition to lounge closures, our airport Meeting Rooms and our Qantas Valet services are closed until further notice.

Lounge closures

As at 12.00pm (AEDT) 23 March 2020:

  • All Qantas International First, Qantas International and Domestic Business, Qantas Club and Regional lounges have closed.
  • Access to all international lounges operated by partner airlines for Qantas passengers have also closed.

Due to lounge closures, we’ll be applying an automatic six-month extension to paid Qantas Club memberships with an active membership as at 23 March 2020. We’re also extending most complimentary lounge invitations by six months.

Domestic Airport Meeting Rooms closures

As at 12.00pm (AEDT) 23 March 2020, all Qantas Meeting Rooms have closed until further notice.

Qantas Valet parking

As at 26 March 2020, all Qantas Valet locations until further notice.
