Safe senders

Are your Qantas Frequent Flyer emails being blocked or sent to your junk mail folder? If so, choose your email application and follow the simple steps to ensure your Qantas emails bypass your filters and are delivered directly to your inbox.

Safe senders list of Qantas Frequent Flyer emails

The Qantas Group email domains are:

@loyalty.qantas.com
@email.qantas.com
@e.qantas.com

Outlook 2010

You need to add the Qantas Frequent Flyer From addresses (see safe senders list) to your Safe Senders list:

Existing subscribers: (you already receive Qantas Frequent Flyer emails)

Open the email in your inbox
Select option 'Add Sender to Safe Senders List' or ‘Add the Domain to Safe Senders List’.

New subscribers (you're a new or recent subscriber to Qantas Frequent Flyer emails)

In the Home ribbon, select ‘Junk’
Select ‘Junk Email Options’
On the Safe Senders tab, select 'Add'
In the 'Enter an email address or Internet domain name to be added to the list’, add ‘loyalty.qantas.com’ and others in the safe senders list
Select 'OK'.

If email is in junk email folder

Open the email
Select option 'Display as HTML'
Then move it to inbox.

Outlook 2016

You need to add the Qantas Frequent Flyer From addresses (see safe senders list) to your Safe Senders list:

Existing Subscribers: (you already receive Qantas Frequent Flyer emails)

Open the email in your inbox
Select the grey bar 'Click here to download pictures'
Select option 'Add Sender to Safe Senders List' or ‘Add the Domain to Safe Senders List’.

New Subscribers: (you're a new or recent subscriber to Qantas Frequent Flyer emails)

In the Home ribbon, select ‘Junk’
Select ‘Junk Email Options’
On the Safe Senders tab, select 'Add'
In the 'Enter an email address or Internet domain name to be added to the list’, add ‘loyalty.qantas.com’ and others in the safe senders list
Select 'OK'.

If email is in Junk Email folder:

Open the email
Select 'This message was converted to plain text.'
Select option 'Display as HTML'
Then move it to inbox.

Gmail

You need to add the Qantas Frequent Flyer From addresses (see safe senders list) to your Safe Senders list:

Existing Subscribers: (you already receive Qantas Frequent Flyer emails)

Open the email in your inbox
Select 'Always display images from loyalty.qantas.com’ (repeat for all safe senders list addresses).

New Subscribers: (you're a new or recent subscriber to Qantas Frequent Flyer emails)

Select 'Contacts' on the left Gmail logo in the Gmail page
Select ‘+’ Icon (right bottom)
Copy and paste the Qantas Frequent Flyer From address, loyalty.qantas.com into the email address dialog box (repeat for all safe senders list addresses)
Select 'Save'.

If email is in Spam folder

Select 'Spam' on the left side of any Gmail page
Check mark the box next to our eNewsletter
Select the 'Not Spam' button along the top.

Yahoo mail

You need to add the Qantas Frequent Flyer From addresses (see safe senders list) to your Safe Senders list:

All Subscribers:

Open your mailbox and select ‘More’ then select ‘Filter Emails like this’
Update the 'From' with: 'contains' and loyalty.qantas.com (repeat with other addresses in the safe senders list)
Select the 'The move message to this folder' if you wish to have a separate folder
Select the ‘Save’ button.

If email is in Junk Email folder:

Open the email in your Spam folder
Select the 'Not Spam' button
Full email will be displayed in your inbox
Add loyalty.qantas.com to your Message Filter following the instructions for All Subscribers above (repeat with other addresses in the safe senders list).

Hotmail (Outlook.com)

You need to add the Qantas Frequent Flyer From addresses (see safe senders list) to your Safe Senders list:

New subscribers: (you're a new or recent subscriber to Qantas Frequent Flyer emails)

Open your mailbox and select 'Options' (located at the end of the settings dropdown)
Go to Junk email (sub heading) and select 'Safe senders'
Copy and paste loyalty.qantas.com into the box titled ‘Enter a sender or domain here' (repeat with other addresses in the safe senders list)
Select the ‘+’ button.

If email is in Junk Email folder:

Open the email in your inbox
Select 'it’s not spam'
Full email will be displayed in your inbox.
