Digital Australia Travel Declaration
Travel is now easier with the option to complete the digital Australia Travel Declaration on the Qantas App. Eligible passengers travelling to Sydney and Brisbane are the first to experience a fast-tracked arrival process as part of a joint initiative with the Australian Government. We'll continue to expand the program to more international flights.

Claiming a reimbursement is simple 4-step process when your fare rules permit. Choose your impacted flight, confirm your contact details and upload any receipts of meals, travel or accommodation to submit a claim.

Your stored mobile boarding pass functions in the same way as a printed boarding pass. When you’re about to board your flight, simply scan your mobile boarding pass* and collect your gate receipt.
Mobile check-in, in-app boarding passes and some alerts are available for select flights and airports.
