Check-in
Check-in is located on the first floor and is open from 4am to 6am and 12:50pm to 3:30pm, 7 days a week.
Check in at least two hours before departure. Have your passport and airline tickets ready.
For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in is open from 24 hours to two hours before departure for international flights.

Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall on the ground floor.
Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage services is handled by Menzies BTU office and is open between the following hours:
12pm to 2pm and 4pm to 4:30pm - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
10:45am to 12:30pm and 4pm to 4:30pm - Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
