Ticketing
Limited international ticketing facilities are provided by SAT HK Ltd. The counter is open at check-in aisle D from 3pm to midnight.

Check-in
Check-in is located on level 7, Departure Zone 4, Area J and opens 3 hours before departure.
Early check-in services at Hong Kong, Kowloon Airport Express Line stations and In-Town facilities are currently suspended.
When available, the Qantas In-Town Check-in daily service opens at 7.30am until 90 minutes prior the last scheduled flight departure time that day.
Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in is open from 24 hours to two hours before departure for international flights.
For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
