Lounge Access Offers
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern Lounge Access Offers.
1.2 Eligible Customers are responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication shown above and may be amended from time to time.
2.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
|Lounge Access Offer||is an offer that Qantas extends to Eligible Customers to purchase Lounge Access. Offers do not replace any existing lounge access entitlements as part of an Eligible Customer’s frequent flyer tier or Qantas Club membership.|
|Lounge Access||means access for Eligible Customers to an Eligible Lounge on the day of the Eligible Flight(s).|
|Eligible Customers||are customers who have received or whose name has been included in a Lounge Access Offer. This does not include third parties who have booked an Eligible Flight on behalf of the primary traveller.|
|Eligible Lounge||is the Qantas Club, Qantas Domestic Business Lounge, Qantas International Lounge, or Qantas International Business Lounge at the departure port(s) specified in the Lounge Access Offer.|
|Eligible Flight(s)||is/are the flight(s) specified in the Lounge Access Offer.|
3.1 Lounge Access must be purchased at least one hour before check-in for the Eligible Flight(s) closes or the Lounge Access Offer becomes invalid.
3.2 Eligible customers may be offered a Lounge Access Offer with a discount(s) offer to purchase Lounge Access. Prices shown in the offer will be the final amount with any applicable discount applied. If the Eligible Flight(s) is/are changed or cancelled, previously provided discount offer(s) may not become available to future flight(s). Discounts are provided solely at the discretion of Qantas, cannot be requested, are not negotiable and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
4.1 If an Eligible Customer changes the date or does not visit the lounge on the day of Eligible Flight (“no show”), the Lounge Access Offer becomes invalid and any Lounge Access purchased is non-refundable.
4.2 If an Eligible Customer changes the time of the Eligible Flights(s) only and the date of the Eligible Flight(s) remains the same, the Lounge Access Offer remains valid and any Lounge Access purchased is non-refundable.
5.1 Eligible Customers can access the Eligible Lounge on the day of the Eligible Flight, before departure. Lounge Access is subject to the Terms and Conditions of that lounge. Lounge Access is subject to space availability and Eligible Customers may be refused entry if the lounge is full. A refund is permitted in this situation. Refunds must be applied for through the Qantas Refunds form.
5.2 Smart, casual dress standards apply as a minimum at all times and entry may be refused if Eligible Customers do not meet that standard. Bare feet or clothing with offensive images or slogans are not acceptable. In addition, individual lounges may have Club Rules regarding specific items of clothing which are not acceptable. Individual lounge managers will have discretion to administer these standards as they reasonably deem appropriate in the circumstances. A refund is not permitted in this situation. Lounge staff have the discretion to refuse entry to any Eligible Customer if, in their reasonable opinion, the Eligible Customer has not or will not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Club Rules, or the refusal is necessary or convenient for the orderly operation of the lounge or other facilities or the safety or comfort of other members, their guests and staff. A refund is not permitted in this situation.
5.3 Eligible Customers under the legal drinking age must be accompanied by an Eligible Customer of, or over, the legal drinking age in any Eligible Lounge. Legal drinking age may vary in different jurisdictions and countries.
5.4 Offers are sent at Qantas' absolute and sole discretion. Offers are subject to availability and Qantas can choose to withdraw an offer at any time.
