Membership, and the earning and redemption of Qantas Points is subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members must also be  a World of Hyatt member to receive Qantas Points for an eligible stay at Hyatt. Members can earn 600 Qantas Points per eligible stay for stays outside Australia and New Zealand and 1,000 Qantas Points per eligible stay for stays within Australia and New Zealand. Qantas points can only be awarded to the member who checks-in. Members can earn Qantas Points for each stay at Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Residence Club, Hyatt Centric, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, Miraval, Alila, Destination Hotels, Thompson Hotels and Joie de Vivre, when paying an Eligible Rate. An eligible rate is defined as any room rate for a participating hotel, resort, or other property that is published by Hyatt (including rates found on hyatt.comOpens in a new tab or window without the application of a discount code, and Hyatt’s “Standard Rate,” “Volume Account Rates,” “Senior Citizen Rate,” and the monetary portion of any Points + Cash Award or, for Miraval properties, published by Miraval. A portion of an Eligible Rate may reflect taxes, service charges, gratuities, and third-party charges for certain included items, and those costs may not be eligible for points.

Ineligible rates include Free Night Awards, complimentary nights awarded in connection with Miraval’s Authentic Circle program, rooms booked on third-party online retailers, traditional wholesale rates, airline crew rates, airline employee rates, travel agency employee rates, media rates, Club at the Hyatt discount stays, Hyatt employee or employee family or friends-and-family discount rates, airline interrupted-trip vouchers, or contracted rooms.Members cannot earn Qantas Points for another guest's stay. You must link your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to your World of Hyatt account, and provide your Frequent Flyer membership number and World of Hyatt membership number when you book your hotel.

Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within six weeks of checking out. 

Members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every 2.5 World of Hyatt points at participating properties. Convert a minimum of 5,000 points to get started. Additional points can be converted in 1,250 increments. For more details see World of Hyatt’s Exchange RatesOpens in a new tab or window.

If eligible bookings are made in currencies other than AUD, the number of Qantas Points earned will be calculated based on the exchange rate of the day when payment was made.
