Sunday – Thursday: 6.30am-10pm
Friday – Saturday: 6.30am – midnight
Due to COVID-19 our on-site dining venue The Promenade Cafe & Bar is only open daily from 07:00 - 14:30 daily due to staff shortages until Wednesday 12th of January. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes throughout your stay.
Bookings cannot be accepted after 9pm for same day arrivals.

You must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register for a room.
A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A security deposit (per stay) in the amount of AUD $100 (credit card) or AUD $250 (cash) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
The resort accepts Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, and cash. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
Payments made by credit cards for bookings will incur a credit card service fee of 0.9% in addition to the amount payable.
Pets are not permitted.
No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.
