If on check in persons travelling are found to be participating in "Schoolies" they will not be checked in and no refunds will be given.Please be advised that there is nearby demolition of Niecon Plaza. This is not within our property however we would like to make you aware of noise works. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

If you are arriving after office hours please contact reception to discuss arrangements. All guests are required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation of $200.00 on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Sub Penthouses will require a $500.00 pre-authorisation. Where a credit card is not available a cash deposit is required equal to the pre-authorisation. A current drivers license or passport will be required at check in. This ID may be copied or stored as a record that we have verified who you are as a combat to increasing credit card crime.
