If you're after a beach holiday with a little something extra then this newly renovated house has just what you need.It's only 2 minutes walk to the fully patrolled, dog friendly Mudjimba beach. It's also wheelchair friendly, pet friendly, (teenager friendly!!) & has so many living areas that everyone can have their own kind of holiday.Inside set over 2 floors with polished floorboards & luxurious bedroom carpeting this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home immediately makes you feel relaxed.Downstairs has the kitchen & open plan dining & lounge room with air-conditioning & brand new luxury leather recliners, 60" LCD, WiFi. When you walk in you know you're on holiday.It also hosts the air-conditioned Master Suite with a King bed, massive walk in robe that takes you through to the ensuite.Off the kitchen with a servery window & door leads to a covered deck area with a BBQ & outdoor dining that overlooks the enclosed backyard where your furry friends & children can freely play.Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed & 1 with 2 x king singles, ceiling fans in both with a separate toilet & bath with shower.The entire house has been newly fitted with CrimSafe windows & plantation shutters throughout the entire house to let the sea breeze flow.The greatest thing about this house however is the brand new games room, set off the side of the house with it's polished concrete floors, full sized pool table that converts to a table tennis table, dart board, 60" LCD, WiFi, couches, bean bags, full sized fridge/freezer & it even has aircon. 2 roller doors can be opened to let the sea breeze & natural light through (& maybe the kids playing in the backyard!)
