Guests need to email us at info@islandernoosa.com.au and provide their email address and observe QLD Government COVID-19 safety protocols.
Guests arriving after 6pm and before 9pm contact the resort and advise - on arrival proceed to reception - use the silver intercom on the wall and side Reception to call the Duty Manager. After 9pm a fee is charged for late arrivals contact resort. Fees for arrival after 9pm and 11pm will be charged.
On checkin we ask for a $200 pre-authorisation against a creditcard and the registration of the one vehicle parking on resort grounds.
All guests staying must be 18 years or over unless travelling with a legal guardian or parent. School leaver celebrations are not permitted nor are any parties that will breach noise bylaws and create a nuisance for other guests.
Bed Types are requests only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
