If guests are arriving after hours, a night service phone is available just outside the main doors at Regal Port Douglas. Answered by our after hrs service operator, they will help you open the safe right beside the phone. Inside the safe will be envelope with guests name holding keys, welcome letter, map etc. The keys will open our front doors to Regal, and your unit door. We ask you call down to Reception the following morning to sign in.
