Find Grandview Apartments on the ridge by the Ballina lighthouse and park out front. Come down the steps to reception where we will issue you with keys and assist you to the underground car park then to your apartment. We have a key safe for after hours.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon arrival, a Guest Registration/ Booking Slip is required to be signed by the tenant, giving credit card details. This serves as a security bond. The tenant is responsible for his guests and visitors as well as any breakages, damages or additional cleaning as a result of their visit. Alternatively a $400 cash security bond can be paid and held until the managers have inspected the premises.
