Air-conditioning is available in some apartments only. Hence it is on request but subject to availability. For your convenience we cannot accept bookings for same day arrivals outside of reception hours. Please phone during normal business hours prior to arrival to arrange after hours check in. Once a booking has been made we accept NO CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS to that booking.BreakFree Peninsula is undertaking maintenance works to the grounds and outdoor pools, as well as the rectification works to the carpark. Works are due to be completed by 15 February 2022. During this time, there will be no access to the outdoor pools and BBQ area as works are underway, however please note, you will have access during this time to our indoor pool.Maintenance works to the indoor pool, gym, sauana and indoor amenities will begin 15 February 2022 and are expected to be completed by 15 May 2022. During this time, these facilities will be closed. Please note, the outdoor pools and BBQ area will be open.Party Policy:

• Registered guests only are permitted in apartments after 9pm
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated
Failure to comply with the above will result in the eviction of the guest/from the property.
