To assist you and help make your holiday a wonderful experience we have listed just some of our guest services if required.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Don’t stand in a queue. Book an airport transfer and your driver will meet you at the airport with a personalised welcome sign then drive you to Trinity Beach in comfort in their fully air-conditioned vehicle. Prices vary with passenger numbers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend taking out travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances
Car Hire: At Roydon Beachfront Apartments we have a range of Hire Cars on site.
TOURS AND ACTIVITIES: We have an extensive Tour Desk at Reception & very friendly staff who can offer information and advice. We can book all tours free of charge and provide you with accurate local information. Please visit our Tour Page and use the on-line information as a guide: https://roydon.com.au/#tours We do however recommend waiting until you have arrived to book tours as they are very much weather dependent. Three main attractions are: -
1. Great Barrier Reef
2. Kuranda Scenic Rail and Skyrail
3. Daintree Rainforest with River Cruise
RESTAURANTS: There are a variety of different restaurants within an easy 3 - 5 minute stroll from your accommodation with varying opening times for that early morning coffee & breakfast, a lazy lunch or dinner after a fabulous day out.
HOLIDAY GROCERY DELIVERIES: The local Convenience Store is a 3 minute walk from us & the Coast Watchers Shopping Center is a 10-15 minute walk & has an IGA Supermarket (open 7 days from 6am to 10pm), news agency, chemist, post office, butcher & bakery within the complex.
FREE beach towels and a Money Exchange are available at Reception

ABOUT COVID -19
The well-being of our guests, employees, and all who visit our property is our highest priority at any time, however upon the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic we have become even more diligent in our commitment to provide a safe, hospitable environment for all who enter our doors.
Many of the changes we have implemented to reduce the spread of this infection will not be obvious to our guests, as they primarily apply to our house keeping department, and will not be considered intrusive or disruptive. The additional new business protocols that we would like to make our guests aware of include:
Requesting that you do not travel or attempt to book into your accommodation if you have ANY symptoms potentially consistent with COVID-19. COVID-19 symptoms include; cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath.
Maintaining the social distancing requirements outlined in the various spaces on our property, especially shared areas such as lifts, pools and BBQ areas. Signage has been places in these areas to advise the maximum capacity.
Ensuring you and your traveling party follow the appropriate personal hygiene practices outlined by the Australian Health Department.
Downloading the Australian COVID Safe App. While thus is not a mandatory requirement it is highly recommended to do this if you have not done so prior to your arrival.
Your assistance in implementing these protocols will ensure that your visit, and those of future guests will be as enjoyable and safe as possible and we look forward to your arrival.
