The 3bedroom Apartment is essentially a combination of both a Studio and 2bedroom with an interconnecting door.
Our 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 1-6 people. It has a full size fridge, a bar fridge, microwave, four burner stove/oven for cooking along with minimal cooking utensils.
There is crockery, cutlery, linen, towels, iron/ironing board, separate bathroom with shower and laundry facility.

The Alatai Holiday Apartments are built in a courtyard setting, featuring a swimming pool and BBQ area. The Alatai is close to all city facilities, a few minutes downhill will take you to Mindil beach, Botanical Gardens, Mindil Beach sunset markets, which are on every Thursdays and Sundays during the dry season. A short stroll will take you to Smith Street Mall, city attractions, and night spots. We are only 15 minutes drive from the airport.Alatai Holiday Apartments Darwin offer affordable studio units as well as 2 and 3 bedroom fully self-contained apartments. A home away from home, our apartments sleep 1 – 6 persons. 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have their own kitchen, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, private bathroom and personal laundry, wireless internet in the room, telephone, colour TV. Just inquire if you are a family and need extra beds or a cot.Our friendly staff will help with booking of tours and other tourist information.We offer Light Breakfast in our Alatai Café. This includes a choice of cereals, toast, tea, coffee, tinned fruit, orange and apple juice at a reasonable cost.

Additional cancellation policy:
If booking is cancelled or modified less than 72 hours before 2:00 PM ACST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount. However, should you cancel your booking within 24 hours due to COVID border restrictions/lockdown, one night’s accommodation will be charged.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT
All Guests the age of 18 or above must register and provide valid photo ID upon check in. Security Bond from $100 to $300 by Credit/Debit Card or Credit/Debit Card pre-authorisation or cash is required for any incidental’s charges and cleaning fee upon check in.
Car parking
Onsite free car parking facilities are available at our apartment but car parking cannot be pre-arranged or reserved as it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Should you wish to park in the underground car park or gated car park area, a deposit fee of $100 applies for the gate remote control (FOB), refundable at check out if control is returned in same condition.
WIFI
Free shared Wi-Fi is available at our apartment, however, should you require stronger and faster internet connection for work purposes, we highly recommend that you make other arrangements.
