Squatters Run Apartments is situated on the village square in the centre of Thredbo, above the village bakery and other shops, just 100 m from the valley terminal ski lifts. Also off-site is the nearby Thredbo Leisure Centre offering an indoor pool and tennis court, and the 9-hole Thredbo Alpine Golf Course.
