Please note that you must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Standard credit card pre-authorisation charges of AUD300 will apply. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment for the deposit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the hotel check in time of 2pm will incur a one night charge. Guests failing to arrive will incur a one night no show charge.
Please note that from the 1st July 2017, all payments made by a credit card will incur a 1.3% non-refundable credit card surcharge. Payments made on a credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Guest(s) will need to make arrangements at time of booking and prior to arrival if they wish for the accommodation/ incidentals to be charged in a foreign currency. A 1.3% surcharge will still apply in the case the property are requested to charge in a foreign currency.
