Located 200 metres from the Beach, with 14 clean and well maintained rooms, most overlooking our tropical pool area and all rooms are easy access ground level accommodation. Free Wi-Fi is available with 32 inch Flat Screen TV's and communal guest laundry. We are conveniently located close to transport, shops, restaurants, Pacific Fair, Jupiter's Casino and Convention Centre.

Standard Check-in time is from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm. A late Check-in option is available given the full payment and security deposit on card is processed before arrival. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can arrange the late check-in and send you the instructions. During Check-in you are required to present your valid ID (Australian Driver's License, Passport) and the same card used to pay for your reservation (the name on the card need to match the name of the ID).Please note that an AUD $100 credit card pre- authorization is required upon check in. This amount will be refunded upon check out. Check-out: Standard check-out time is from 8am-10am, if you intend to leave before 8am let reception know the day before and drop your room keys on the key's return box. Extending your stay: If you decide to stay on longer than your booked accommodation, you must notify reception and pay by no later than 10 am on the morning of your supposed checkout. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $100 on card (pre-authorisation only) is required upon check-in. The pre-authorisation is released after check-out once the occupied room is checked and cleared of damages. Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You'll be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price. Please note that if you decided to check-out before your check-out date no refund will be given for the remaining nights. You are responsible for the conduct and all charges relating to booked guests in your room. Any damage made by any occupants in your room or within the property will be your responsibility and may be charged to your credit account or taken from your security deposit. You must notify reception if you have additional guests that are not booked in upon arrival (guests are limited by room capacity and subject to extra charges).Bed Types are requests only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
