Magnetic Island's Tropical Palms Resort provides comfortable accommodation in a garden setting just 100 metres from Picnic Bay Beach, jetty, the Picnic Bay pub and children's playground. It's also only a short walk to the Magnetic Island golf course. You can swim, soak up the sun, throw a line in off the jetty and enjoy the walks and snorkel trails. Just a short ferry ride from Townsville and you are taken to another world. The self contained units include a kitchen with cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer cooking equipment and crockery. All units have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, television and DVD player (movies available). Facilities at Tropical Palms Resort include a salt water swimming pool, guest laundry, gas barbecue and a tropical garden where you can dine el-fresco. We also have automatic, air-conditioned SUV's for hire. This property has strict noise policies. SCHOOLIES ACCOMMODATION IS NOT AVAILABLE.
