Is your booking refundable?
You can check the cancellation policy for your booking on the confirmation email you received when you originally made the booking or via the manage your booking online section on Self Service. If your booking has a flexible cancellation period, please ensure you cancel your booking within the specified timeframe in order to secure a refund.
You can now cancel your booking, view and print your reservation, or extend or shorten your stay online.
We strongly encourage only those customers staying within the next 7 days to contact us on Live Chat if needed.
