Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Current advice from the QLD Government has indicated that the border will not be open prior to the Xmas/New Year period. If you currently have a reservation during the High Season, we will not accept any COVID or Border restrictions as a reason for cancellation during this period for customers located interstate. We are providing advanced notice as High Season requires full payment prior to 30 days which is non-refundable. This applies only to interstate travellers & surpasses any other notifications.

Landmark Resort Mooloolaba is a family resort and as such has a “No Party Policy”.
Guests under the age of 18 years are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.
Low/Mid Season: 1 nights accommodation deposit charged at the time of booking to secure the reservation and the balance is processed on the morning of arrival. High Season: An AUD $300 deposit will be charged at the time of booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in.
Please note that a credit card authorisation or cash bond of AUD 300.00 will be required upon check-in to cover incidentals.
Please note that all rooms are serviced weekly. Daily service is available on request for an additional charge.
