Note: Effective on and from 29 May 2024, Qantas Frequent Flyers can no longer earn or use Qantas Points on flights with an NF flight number or on codeshare flights operated by Air Vanuatu. 

Earning Qantas Points

  • Qantas Points can be earned on eligible fares and flights with Air Vanuatu up to 28 May 2024. From 29 May 2024, members will no longer be able to earn Qantas Points on flights with an NF flight number or operated by Air Vanuatu.
  • Retrospective Qantas Points claims for eligible travel on Air Vanuatu (NF) flights operating on or prior to 28 May 2024 will be accepted up to 12 months from the date of travel. Members should email frequent_flyer@qantas.com.au for retrospective points claims. No retrospective Qantas Points claims can be made after 12 months from date of travel.

Using Qantas Points

On and from 29 May 2024 members will no longer be able to use points for Reward flights on Air Vanuatu.
