If your checked baggage has been delayed, please visit qantas.com/delayedbaggage for information on what to do.
To report damaged or lost checked baggage you must do so online via Qantas Customer Care as soon as possible as time limits apply.
Please be assured, our team are committed to reuniting you with your bag as quickly as possible and will contact you once it's available for collection or delivery.
If you have lodged a claim for checked baggage that has been delayed, you can track the status via qantas.com/delayedbaggage or conatct our baggage services team.
For claims already lodged for checked baggage that has been damaged or is missing our baggage services team can assist.
